Return & Exchange Policy

No Returns or Exchanges on Beauty Products

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, all sales of beauty products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any lash lift products, eyelash extensions, adhesives, tools, or other beauty supplies once they have been purchased.

Why This Policy Exists

To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot resell or restock beauty products that have left our facility. This policy is in accordance with California health and safety standards for cosmetic and beauty products.

Product Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products:

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective or does not function as described

  • Incorrect item (wrong product sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lashrevo@lashrevolution.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged/defective product

  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Unopened Products

In rare cases, we may accept returns of completely unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging with all protective seals intact.

What We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products (even if unused)

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products used or tested
