By booking or receiving services from LASHREVO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

This is our most important policy. Please read carefully.

LASHREVO is committed to providing exceptional service to all clients. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from serving other clients during your reserved time and directly impact our artists' livelihood.

Cancellation Terms:

  • 24+ hours advance notice: Your 50% deposit may be transferred to ONE rescheduled appointment

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Your deposit is forfeited (50% of service price charged)

  • No-show or failure to notify: You will be charged 100% of the full service price

  • Repeated cancellations/no-shows: Full prepayment will be required for all future appointments

How to Cancel: Contact us immediately at [phone] or [email]. Text messages and social media messages may not be monitored in time.

Emergencies: We understand emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot waive fees, we will work with you on rescheduling.

Late Arrivals:

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in

  • Late arrivals receive shortened service time

  • Your appointment ends at the scheduled time regardless of arrival

  • Full service fee applies even if service is shortened

  • Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be rescheduled and cancellation policy applies

Why This Policy Exists: Our artists reserve dedicated time exclusively for you. When you cancel last-minute or don't show up, we lose the opportunity to serve another client, and our artist loses income. This policy ensures fairness for our team and all clients.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from LASHREVO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book or use our services.

3. SERVICES PROVIDED

LASHREVO provides professional eyelash extension, lash lift, and eyebrow services. All services are:

  • Performed by trained and certified professionals

  • Cosmetic in nature

  • Subject to individual results that may vary

  • Not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes

4. ELIGIBILITY

  • Services are available to individuals 18 years and older

  • Clients under 18 require written parental/guardian consent

  • Minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian during appointment

  • All clients must complete and sign consent forms before service

5. BOOKING & DEPOSITS

  • All appointments require advance booking

  • Walk-ins are not accepted

  • Non-refundable 50% deposit required to secure reservation

  • Deposit is applied toward service total

  • Appointments confirmed only upon deposit receipt and completed consent form

  • Deposits are non-transferable except as outlined in Cancellation Policy (Section 1)

  • Repeated cancellations may result in requirement for full prepayment

6. PAYMENT

  • Full payment due at time of service completion

  • Accepted payment methods: [specify your methods - cash, credit card, debit, etc.]

  • No refunds for completed services under any circumstances

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Booked appointments honor pricing at time of booking

  • Additional charges may apply for special requests or extended services

7. PUNCTUALITY

  • Clients must arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled appointment time for check-in

  • Late arrivals will receive shortened service time

  • Appointments end at scheduled time regardless of client arrival time

  • Full service fee applies even if service is shortened due to late arrival

  • Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be rescheduled and cancellation policy applies

  • We are not responsible for shortened services due to client late arrival

8. PRE-APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

Clients MUST arrive with:

  • Clean, makeup-free lashes (washed thoroughly the night before)

  • No mascara on day of appointment

  • ABSOLUTELY NO waterproof mascara for 5-7 days prior to appointment

  • Contact lenses removed (if applicable and comfortable)

  • Completed and signed consent forms

Failure to Meet Requirements: If you arrive with waterproof mascara or fail to meet pre-appointment requirements:

  • Service will be refused

  • Cancellation policy will apply (deposit forfeited or cancellation fee charged)

  • No exceptions

Why: Waterproof mascara leaves residue that prevents proper lash extension adhesion even after washing, compromising service quality and retention.

9. HEALTH DISCLOSURE & MEDICAL INFORMATION

Required Disclosure: Clients MUST disclose all relevant health information including:

  • Medical conditions affecting the eye area (glaucoma, chronic dry eye, etc.)

  • All allergies and sensitivities (adhesives, latex, cosmetics, medications)

  • Current medications and supplements

  • Eye infections, inflammation, styes, or recent eye surgery

  • Alopecia, trichotillomania, or other hair loss conditions

  • Any condition that may affect service safety or results

Consequences of False Information:

  • Providing false or incomplete health information voids all liability protections

  • LASHREVO is released from responsibility for any adverse reactions

  • Client assumes full liability for consequences

10. CONTRAINDICATIONS & SERVICE REFUSAL

Service will be refused if you have:

  • Active eye infections or inflammation (conjunctivitis, blepharitis, styes)

  • Extreme allergies or sensitivities to adhesives or cosmetics

  • Insufficient natural lashes to safely support extensions

  • Contraindicated medical conditions affecting service safety

  • Any condition preventing safe service delivery

Additional Refusal Reasons:

  • Incomplete or unsigned consent forms

  • Pre-appointment instruction violations (waterproof mascara, makeup present)

  • Late arrival preventing adequate service time

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

  • Intoxication or impairment

  • Any reason affecting safe service delivery or staff safety

Patch Tests: Available upon request for clients with sensitivity concerns. Must be scheduled in advance.

No Refunds: No refunds or compensation provided for refused service due to client non-compliance or contraindications.

11. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By booking services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful health and contact information

  • Follow all pre-appointment instructions

  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided

  • Arrive on time and prepared for service

  • Complete and sign all required consent forms

  • Comply with all salon policies and procedures

  • Treat staff with respect and courtesy

  • Never attempt self-removal of lash extensions

  • Inform staff immediately of any discomfort during service

  • Book professional removal when ready to discontinue extensions

12. AFTERCARE REQUIREMENTS

Proper aftercare is the client's sole responsibility and is essential for optimal retention and lash health.

Required Aftercare:

  • Avoid water, steam, and excessive heat for 24-48 hours after application

  • Cleanse lashes daily with oil-free, lash extension-safe cleanser

  • Brush lashes gently with a clean spoolie brush daily

  • Avoid all oil-based products near eye area (makeup, cleanser, moisturizer, serums)

  • Never use waterproof mascara on lash extensions

  • Do not use mechanical eyelash curlers on extensions

  • Do not rub, pull, pick, or excessively touch lashes

  • Sleep on back when possible or use silk/satin pillowcases

  • Use only lash extension-safe cosmetics and makeup removers

  • Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and excessive heat exposure

  • Do not apply skincare products directly to lash line

Aftercare Instructions: Detailed written and verbal aftercare instructions will be provided after service.

Non-Compliance: Poor retention or lash damage resulting from aftercare non-compliance does NOT qualify for complimentary adjustments or refunds.

13. SERVICE CONCERNS & ADJUSTMENTS

Reporting Timeline:

  • Clients have 48 hours from appointment time to report concerns about service

  • Contact us at [phone] or [email] with specific concerns

Resolution:

  • Complimentary adjustment may be offered at our sole discretion

  • Subject to artist availability

  • After 48 hours: Adjustments provided at regular fill pricing

  • Concerns from aftercare non-compliance: No complimentary service provided

  • No refunds for completed services under any circumstances

What Qualifies:

  • Application issues (uneven lashes, improper isolation, discomfort)

  • Excessive immediate fallout (within 24-48 hours)

  • Issues clearly related to application, not aftercare

What Does Not Qualify:

  • Poor retention from aftercare non-compliance

  • Natural lash shedding (normal loss of 3-5 lashes per eye daily)

  • Aesthetic preferences or style dissatisfaction

  • Issues reported after 48-hour window

  • Damage from self-removal attempts

14. LIABILITY, DISCLAIMERS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Service Disclaimer:

  • Services provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

  • Individual results vary significantly and are NOT guaranteed

  • We do not warrant specific outcomes, longevity, or aesthetic results

  • Results depend on natural lash condition, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance

Assumption of Risk: By receiving services, you acknowledge and assume all risks including:

  • Allergic reactions (though rare) despite proper application

  • Eye irritation or sensitivity

  • Natural lash shedding as part of normal lash cycle

  • Potential for damage from self-removal or aftercare non-compliance

  • Variation in retention and longevity

  • Individual differences in how lashes hold extensions

Limitation of Liability:

LASHREVO, its owners, employees, and contractors are NOT liable for:

  • Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects (rare but possible)

  • Damage to natural lashes from aftercare non-compliance

  • Damage from client self-removal attempts or picking at extensions

  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic results due to personal preference

  • Poor retention resulting from aftercare non-compliance

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during appointment

  • Adverse effects from undisclosed or falsely disclosed health conditions

  • Any damages resulting from client violation of these terms

  • Infections resulting from client touching or improper home care

  • Any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

Maximum Liability: In no event shall LASHREVO's total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Natural Lash Health: When properly applied by trained professionals and properly maintained by clients, lash extensions do not damage natural lashes. Damage occurs from:

  • Improper application by unqualified technicians

  • Client aftercare non-compliance

  • Self-removal, picking, or pulling at extensions

  • Use of contraindicated products (oil-based products, waterproof mascara)

  • Rubbing or excessive manipulation

15. CONDUCT POLICY

Expected Behavior:

  • Respectful, courteous treatment of all staff and clients

  • Compliance with all policies and procedures

  • Appropriate language and conduct at all times

  • Respectful use of salon space and amenities

Prohibited Behavior:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or threats toward staff or other clients

  • Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Profanity, aggressive language, or hostile conduct

  • Photography or video recording without explicit permission

  • Violation of salon policies

  • Damage to salon property

Consequences: Violations result in:

  • Immediate service termination without refund

  • Permanent ban from LASHREVO

  • Law enforcement contact for threats, harassment, or illegal behavior

  • Potential legal action for property damage or harassment

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All LASHREVO branding, logos, materials, techniques, and business methods are proprietary

  • All photographs taken by LASHREVO remain our exclusive property

  • Client may not use our name, logo, branding, images, or proprietary information without written permission

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action

  • Client testimonials and reviews may be used for marketing purposes

17. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING CONSENT

Photo Consent:

  • Separate explicit written consent obtained before photographing lash work

  • Photos may be used for website, social media, marketing materials, and portfolio

  • Faces may be cropped or obscured upon request

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future use

  • Withdrawal does not affect previously published materials

  • Existing photos in published materials may remain unless removal specifically requested

Client Rights:

  • Right to decline photography without affecting service quality

  • Right to request face cropping or blurring

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time

  • Right to request removal of specific images

18. FORCE MAJEURE

LASHREVO is not liable for inability to provide services or appointment cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather, or emergencies

  • Illness, injury, or medical emergencies affecting staff

  • Government restrictions, public health orders, or regulations

  • Utility failures, facility damage, or equipment malfunction

  • Acts of God or other unforeseeable circumstances

Resolution: Appointments affected by force majeure will be rescheduled without penalty or deposit forfeiture when possible.

19. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time

  • Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon notification to clients

  • Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms

  • Material changes will be communicated via email when possible

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing terms periodically for updates

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.

21. WAIVER

Failure by LASHREVO to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by LASHREVO management.

22. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Province], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from these Terms or services provided shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your County/Jurisdiction]. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts.

Legal Fees: In any legal action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and your signed consent form, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and LASHREVO regarding services. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written, oral, or electronic. No other representations, warranties, promises, or agreements exist unless in writing and signed by authorized LASHREVO management.

24. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & BINDING AGREEMENT

By booking an appointment with LASHREVO, you acknowledge and confirm that you have:

  • Read these Terms of Service in their entirety

  • Understood all terms, conditions, policies, and procedures outlined herein

  • Had adequate opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification

  • Agreed to be legally bound by all terms outlined in this document

  • Understood the cancellation policy and associated fees

  • Agreed to provide accurate, complete health information

  • Agreed to follow all pre-appointment and aftercare instructions

  • Understood and accepted all risks associated with lash extension services

  • Understood the limitation of liability and assumption of risk

  • Agreed that this is a legally binding contract

This is a legally binding agreement. By proceeding with booking or services, you agree to all terms herein.
