Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

LASHREVO values your time and our artists' time equally. When you book an appointment, our artist reserves that time exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from serving other clients and directly impact our team's livelihood.

CANCELLATION FEES

24+ Hours Advance Notice:

  • Your 50% deposit will be transferred to ONE rescheduled appointment

  • No additional fees

Less Than 24 Hours Notice:

  • Your 50% deposit is forfeited

  • Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable

No-Show or Failure to Notify:

  • You will be charged 100% of the full service price

  • Card on file will be charged automatically

Repeated Violations:

  • After 2 cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or 1 no-show:

    • Full prepayment required for all future appointments

    • No exceptions

HOW TO CANCEL

Accepted Methods:

  • Text messages (may not be monitored in time)

  • Social media messages (not monitored for cancellations)

  • Voicemail after business hours (may not be checked before appointment)

When to Cancel: Contact us immediately when you know you cannot make your appointment. The sooner you cancel, the better chance we have to fill your spot.

Cancellation Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation, your cancellation was not processed.

LATE ARRIVALS

5-10 Minutes Early:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in

Late Arrival:

  • Your appointment ends at the originally scheduled time

  • Service time will be shortened

  • Full service fee still applies

  • We cannot guarantee full service completion

15+ Minutes Late:

  • Your appointment will be cancelled

  • You will be rescheduled

  • Cancellation policy applies (deposit forfeited or fee charged)

EMERGENCIES

We understand that true emergencies happen (medical emergencies, accidents, family emergencies, etc.).

What to Do:

  • Contact us as soon as safely possible

  • Explain your situation

  • We will work with you on a case-by-case basis

Please Note:

  • While we are compassionate about emergencies, we may still need to apply fees

  • Our ability to waive fees is limited and at our sole discretion

  • Documentation may be requested for emergency exceptions

RESCHEDULING

How to Reschedule:

  • Give at least 24 hours notice

  • Contact us via phone or email

  • Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment (one time only)

Rescheduling Limits:

  • Deposit may be transferred to ONE rescheduled appointment

  • Second reschedule requires new deposit

  • Excessive rescheduling may result in prepayment requirement

When Rescheduling:

  • Book your new appointment at time of cancellation when possible

  • Available appointment slots are limited

  • We cannot guarantee your preferred date/time will be available

DEPOSIT POLICY

Booking Deposit:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to book all appointments

  • Deposit applied toward service total

  • Secures your reserved time slot

Deposit Is Non-Refundable:

  • Deposits are not refunded under any circumstances

  • May be transferred to one rescheduled appointment with 24+ hours notice

  • Forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows

WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS

Protecting Our Artists:

  • Artists depend on scheduled appointments for their income

  • Last-minute cancellations mean lost income they cannot recover

  • Reserved time cannot be filled on short notice

Respecting Other Clients:

  • Your reserved slot could have gone to another client

  • Other clients are often on waiting lists for appointments

  • Fair treatment requires consistent policy enforcement

Business Sustainability:

  • No-shows and late cancellations harm our small business

  • We must maintain this policy to continue providing quality service

  • This allows us to keep prices fair for all clients

SALON-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

If We Must Cancel:

  • We will provide as much notice as possible

  • Your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred (your choice)

  • We will work to reschedule at your earliest convenience

  • No fees or penalties to you

Reasons We May Cancel:

  • Artist illness or emergency

  • Facility issues or emergencies

  • Severe weather or safety concerns

  • Circumstances beyond our control

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Illness:

  • If you are sick (especially contagious illness), please do not come to your appointment

  • Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule

  • Standard cancellation policy applies, but we appreciate protecting our staff and other clients

  • Reschedule when you are healthy

Weather:

  • Severe weather is not automatic grounds for fee waiver

  • Use your best judgment about safety

  • Contact us to discuss if weather makes travel unsafe

  • Fees handled case-by-case

Traffic/Transportation:

  • Not grounds for waiving late/cancellation fees

  • Plan for traffic and parking time

  • Leave early to ensure on-time arrival

POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Consistent Application:

  • This policy applies to all clients equally

  • No exceptions based on client history, loyalty, or spending

  • Fees are automatically charged as outlined

No Negotiation:

  • Cancellation fees are firm and non-negotiable

  • Staff cannot waive or reduce fees without management approval

  • Arguing with staff will not change the policy

Payment of Fees:

  • Card on file will be charged automatically

  • Unpaid fees prevent future bookings

  • Outstanding balances must be paid before new appointments are accepted

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Read and understand this cancellation policy

  • Provide accurate contact information

  • Maintain a valid payment method on file

  • Give 24+ hours notice for cancellations or changes

  • Arrive on time for your appointment

  • Accept responsibility for fees incurred
